"The whole experience was flawless. The property is impeccable down the last blade of grass. Absolutely recommend this place for a stay on the lake. The water access is literally out front for easy on and off boating via their dock. If you’re staying here you also get access to the separate beach club area. The rooms are large and elegant in design staff all super friendly and helpful. We will be back. ."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were fantastic—so welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. Everything was great overall, and I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. My only small issue was that the shower was a bit too small. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would happily stay here again!"

Whether it was the reception team helping with local recommendations, the restaurant and bar staff delivering outstanding service, the kitchen team producing delicious food every day, or the housekeeping and wellness staff keeping everything immaculate, everyone contributed to making our holiday unforgettable. "We stayed here for four nights —-booked two rooms for our family. Some of the highlights include: 1) great, fantastic location which is short walking distance to ferry, shops and restaurants. 2) we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and beautiful swimming pool every day. 3) super comfortable beds and well air conditioned rooms. 4) staffs at the breakfast, pool and concierge are super attentive, warm and helpful. The concierge booked a private boat tour for us and provided useful advices on day trips and ferry schedules. The only and the biggest low light was that the casual restaurant (La Goletta) was super disappointing. The food was boring, plain, and poorly prepared . The restaurant waiters were cold and stern. Given the price, the restaurant felt way below our expectation. Recommend to stay at the hotel but eat elsewhere."
