"Great location to explore the city (15-minute walk to the City Palace, Hawa Mahal, etc). It is located on a busy corner which has its perks and disadvantages. The staff is very helpful and kind, the room was clean and delicious food was available at the restaurant for breakfast. We struggled a bit with getting hot water in the shower but that’s probably on us! "

When we arrived at midnight it was very tough to wake up the staff and they were not prepared for us. They gave us two rooms even though we didn’t need two rooms. "Rooms were extremely clean and had a very comfortable, enormous bed with crisp white sheets. Great hot shower and large bathroom with hairdryer. Seperate seating area off the bedroom too. Traditional indian style breakfast on their rooftop dining area. We also had the thali dinner there twice which was exrremely tasty. "We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and have nothing but positive things to say about both the staff and the facilities. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was spacious and well-appointed. We also ordered food delivery a few nights and really enjoyed spending time on the rooftop patio, which offered beautiful views of the city. "Overall the stay was pleasant. The room was excellent. The breakfast and dinner was good. The staff was courteous. Checkin and checkout was smooth. I was provided early checkin without much wait. The hotel was neat and clean. The hotel is near to MI road and many good shops and restaurants are nearby. It’s also near to many historical landmarks which makes it a best place to stay if anyone is there to explore the historical places."
