Hotels near Kylemore Abbey Kylemore

"This hotel was the highlight of our trip to Ireland. Though we met kind strangers and viewed indescribable beauty in our travels around Ireland, the isolated, quiet and luxury of the Connemara Sands was a balm for our souls and a treat to the senses. The menu was thoughtful and the food first class; the accommodations were roomy and tasteful with views of the Connemara landscape and sheep roaming cliffside. A special thank you to staff member, Marion who was there every morning to greet us...

"Loved this castle - especially for the price. Literally only 1 complaint- make the vanity’s water 1 combined faucet instead of 1 hot and 1 cold. The staff were superb, wonderful breakfast, clean, convenient and comfortable. Nice little town with amazing pubs and live music. Definitely recommend a stay here. Don’t miss the 6:30pm champagne story hour with the owner of the hotel."

"This property is a perfect stay. Easy to get to local Kylemore Abbey."

"Very friendly greeting from Willow at the front desk. Great staff at breakfast as well."

"It has a spectacular view of the water. Wonderful indoor spaces for relaxing, enjoying a fire, and socializing. It is family owned and run, creating a sense of ease and familiarity. Very close to beautiful beaches, and Clifden. As well as Connemara mountains. "

"10/10 super central and cosy guesthouse in Clifden. Super location, clean rooms, fast wifi and the Nespresso machines in the room were a welcome surprise. The kitchen and entrance are getting a refurb but its a minor quibble, it looks exciting . The wine bar will open in July but the space is free to use for guests and is a really cool, chill space. Really friendly local owner who gave us some local tips on the hidden gems of Connemara . 10/10"
