We had a park bench on the balcony right outside our door which allowed us time to take in the great view. The proprieter is very kind and thoughtful. This motel is within easy walking distance of several excellent restaurants, and just a short drive from Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, and Cliff Dwellings. Definitely a good choice if you are in the area."

"The place has been on fire and not fully repaired. It is very run down. There were people with dogs everywhere and they were letting them poop on the sidewalks that led to the rooms. Many people are living there and it reeked of weed."
