"It's clean except for the suspicious crusty bit on the sheet. Interesting 1950s feel. No lid on the toilet. Nothing has been updated since 1950. It was nice to have a decent breakfast. All the rooms are smoking I am a non smoker."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Fairmont Gold. The breakfast was amazing and extra snacks at 5:00pm meant we didn't have to worry about going to eat so much. The highlight was definitely the food, view and staff. The hotel is also so close to many cool restaurants, spas and cocktail bars. Parking was a bit annoying sometimes, but the staff took care of our issue promotly. We will be returning. "
