Absolutely rude staff and complete waste of time and money as well as the most disrespectful staff members with 0 customer service experience I miss the days when company's knew the customers always right rule because without us there wouldn't be you , no job to work at if we dont come and purchase . The goal is return customers not one and done because eventually the one and done wont even come due to the bad rep of the business for the way they handled all previous consumers so Guess ill be waiting till these owners go belly up like all before wait for a new one try it again then but im good until that day comes again

The restaurant offers a good breakfast special. The hotel is currently being renovated, so things are a little rough.

Not the greatest hotel the only best part of it is the whole the bar

4/10 Aceptable

There was no ceiling in the hallway, and was dark and smelled like mold. Rooms were very dated, but clean. Definitely checked for bedbugs, I think it was ok. Hopefully. There was a strange mechanical noise outside my room that sounded like a viking war bugle. And that was worse than the throng of drunks outside my window from the bar. Thankfully I had earplugs with me, managed to sleep ok, but I slept with my clothes on.

The only positive thing to say about this hotel/motel, the lady I checked in was nice and helpful, the person I checked out with, he was friendly and helpful also….the bad, before I decided to book at this hotel review seems it was ok…. I had no idea hotel/motels still had smoking room, they only had 2 smoking rooms left, not happy, cigarettes ashes in the bathroom sink, no shampoo or conditioner, room was in poor condition, remote didn’t work with the tv, loud motor running 24/7, I don’t need a fancy room, but this room was not worth what I paid for, to top it off I was above the bar/lounge, smokers outside my window, loud….the room smelt like cigarettes the entire three days that I stayed there The night desk person seemed put out that he had to let me back in, I will never stay here again, this is top 2 worst places I’ve stayed at,
