"They upgrade me to a 1 bed studio with stunning view of KL. Really high standard in terms of amenities, plug points all in the right places. Amazing kitchen with utensils, wifi was great, washer dryer. Really clean. So many positives. But the best was the swimming pool with petronas tower views , KL tower, surreal and for the money I paid it was truly excellent. Staff were available to help via WhatsApp. Management friendly. Suitable for solo travellers, families, groups. Amazing!"

They are trying to be nice and helpful. The property is relatively modern, well maintained, nice and safe for family trip or a group of people."

"사진보다 더 고급스럽고 깨끗했어요.. 우리가 2주동안 머물렀는데.. 개미도 안보이고 바퀴벌레 딱 1마리 아주 작은거 있었어요.. 8층 수영장도 좋았고.. 저녁수영은 멋졌어요( 밤10시까지 가능) 주위환경도 멋진 레스토랑들이 많아서 좋았어요.. 페트로나스 타워는 걸어서 25분 걸렸어요.. 퀼몰(nsk)이 가까워서 이것저것하기 좋았어요^^"

"Room was clean, spaces. Host helpful. Not enough cooking utensils and no toiletries. Hall way to the room dusty and messy due to under construction. Be aware just book standard room, superior room waste of $ not much different beside room arrangement. Will not book again."

No working television, no towels, no toilet paper, no coffee like they advertise. THEY STOLE 30 dollars in Malaysian money for what they said was a travelers tax that they said all hotels do, but I have stayed in Malaysia before and never had that happen to me before.
