"Good place to stay. In town, easy to move."

"What a beautiful and serene hotel! Perfect for a three-night stopover on the way to Europe. Location in Chinatown was excellent, and everything was so gorgeous. The pool area is lovely and the restaurants are great. Breakfast, which is included in the room rate, was generous and delicious. Highly recommended. Would absolutely book again."

"Good vibe at common area for solo traveler and backpacker, clean environment, friendly and helpful staff. Most important it located at the strategic location which surrounding with good foodie and tourist spot, it very near to public transport hub as well. Thumbs up!"

"Clean room and a great location. Two minute walk to Petaling Street Market, three minute walk to subway station to take train to KLCC. "

"Quaint & nostalgic. Interesting retro concept. Easy access to MRT (Pasar Senu). Many eateries around to area. Petaling street parallel to jalan sultan"

"Really unique place to stay and very well themed with great decor, uv lights and plenty of photo opportunities! Family room was perfect for our needs, we loved the sleep pods, really comfortable and a great shower. Just a real shame that the slide was broken as our kids were looking forward to that, and the tvs dont work in the pods. Easily walkable to the Jalan Petaling market. "

"Just a perfect stay. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was just what we needed, clean and comfortable. And even though the train passes at the end of the street, we did not hear it in the room."

"Very friendly, efficient and helpful staff at the reception. The room is clean and well maintain. Good location, walking distant to attractions and good food choices."

"Next to China town, Central market and KL Sentral. Cosy place with nice breakfast options "

"Although I was expecting something basic for a short stay, the room was much worse than I expected. There was a window without a shade or any window covering, the shelf in the bathroom was broken, there were stains on most of the towels and linens (as well as on the tray in the room) and one of the lights was broken. It would also have been nice to include some hangars in the closet, a safe, and more than half a roll of toilet paper. With a few improvements I think the hotel would be a good...

"The location is good. Near the pasar seni station."

"Conveniently located near to petaling street and walkable to Jln Alor and Bukit Bintang shopping belt. It is also just opposite Pudu bus terminal."

"Had a large family of 6. Was a very comfortable stay. Great location. Short walk to night food market and Bukit Bintang. Customer service from management was excellent!"

"Right and excelance!"

"Great loc.too many foods nearby.staff were average."

"It's value for money. Room is clean, location is at the heart of petaling street. Not noisy at night"

"The Lavana hotel was in a great location. Near central market and in the heart of Chinatown. The hotel was a little dated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Reasonable value for money. The area was one of the homeless hotspots at night. They were not a problem and kept themselves to themselves. Nice people going through hard times. I would consider staying again. "
