"I stayed one night prior to flying home. Hotel is walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the beach. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, but fairly basic by western standards. Overall a good value for the price. If I was wanting to stay and see Sanur Beach there are other hotels closer to the beach, a little nicer, but at a higher cost. "

"My first stay at Katala Villas and I absolutely loved it ! My room was spacious and comfortable, I had a little deck to sit on outside and also an outside shower which was glorious. The pool was magnificent and I spent a lot of time there relaxing. I had spring rolls by the pool for lunch , a mocktail and it was delicious. Breakfast is simple but fresh and also delicious. "This is a great property tucked in the back of Sanur - 10 minute walk to the shopping road and Sindhu Beach, or a $1.50 taxi ride. The property needs perhaps some maintenance around the grounds, but the staff work hard and our 2 bed apartment was clean and functional. The two pools were amazing, and breakfast was provided each day. Would stay here again. "

"It was a lengthy walk to the shops on the main road for anyone older. The property did not have a guest pool for a quick dip,I would recommend this be given consideration.
