We had a wonderful stay at Segara Village Hotel, our room was clean, staff were extremely helpful, wonderful amenities, beautiful lush grounds, the buffet breakfast was great and Byrd House Restaurant in the hotel and on the beach were so convenient. We had some wonderful lunches and dinners at Byrd House. It's easy to walk through the hotel onto the beach path for walks with lovely sea and beach views. Close to shopping, restaurants and transport. I can highly recommend Segara Village Hotel

6/10 Bueno

The hotel grounds were lovely, and staff fabulous. The room however is in desperate need of renovating (deluxe). It was so small you had to put suitcases next to the bed which then you had to crawl out the end of the bed to get out. We were celebrating our silver wedding anniversary, and were left chocolates which was a nice touch. Our friends were given the bigger room, which at least allowed them to put their bags at the end of their bed. Fabulous restaurant and great breakfast

Resort immerso nella natura incontaminata. Le camere avrebbero bisogno di un po' di manutenzione ma il contesto è da favola e il personale è gentilissimo.

A fantastic stay. Segara Village and the Byrd House restaurant and beach club are amazing. The location in the northern part of Sanur gives you access to a beautiful section of the beach and lots of restaurants and cafes

Great location. Picturesque gardens on a well maintained property. Staff service was excellent. On the beach, and access to the walkway that runs along the beach. Only criticism would be the breakfast range and food quality

Rooms were reasonably clean.Bathroom had an odour.Staff were attentive. Buffet breakfast was very busy, best to have la carte in the restaurant/coffee shop.Beware of the upgrade the room we were offered wasn't as good as we booked so didn't except the upgrade.

Will definitely stay here again as after 30 years of coming to Bali this hotel and location has best mix to suit everyone. We had a bungalow and room great layout and traditional although floor creaky. Bed firm but comfortable we slept well each night
