"Wow Wow Wow!!! I saw Grand Horizon advertised last year and it had been on my radar for a short break without the kids. "Overall lovely hotel, food was great throughout and pools were so lovely and warm. Rooms were spacious and quiet, and shuttle to the beach was super helpful. Couple of improvements - the tiles around the pooo get super slippy, we saw several kids fall and almost tripped ourselves. The manager who was manning the ice cream parlour was particularly rude and unhelpful and really put a downer on our trip. On the plus side, entertainment staff were great, especially Marc running games before evening...

"Basic apartment but provided everything we needed. Excellent power shower and double sinks were good. We didn’t select a room with a terrace and didn’t miss it as went to beach each day - 30 minute steady pace walk away. Lack of receptionist wasn’t ideal but was able to telephone number posted on wall and they sent someone over. Rooftop pool area was clean and never had many people at it. Includes to Cabana type beds at no cost. Location is around half way between sea level and very top....

"We have stayed at +10 places with kids, from infant age to young teens, this is the only hotel we have repeatedly returned to. It was s down to its strength;Roma have a large sun terass, family friendly, heated and nicely located pool away from the buzz, still Mogán mall and that buzz in only a few minutes away. We prefer the upper section, properly overviewing the Puerto Rico valley with decent glimpses of the sea, we will return!"
