"This place the rooms are beautiful, comfortable, everything you need, fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer in your room. Lovely balcony. Lovely staff that were friendly, helpful and so bright as you walk in, lovley smiles and welcoming attitude. Wonderful location with shops all around in walking distance, car park 3 mins walk. "Location excellent for purpose of attemding international garden show. Middle of lots of eateries. Room aircon good, had kettle for tea or coffee, bathroon good size ,water pressure low but good temperature. They are renovating at present (march 2026) but they only work during day stopping around 5pm. Staff helpful at all times. "
