The Cat Hai neighborhood offers attractions such as Tung Thu Beach and Cat Ba National Park.

Always finding ourselves within modernity and tradition, this was an interesting scene that caught my eye on our way to the island of Cat Ba--three women evading Ferry boats and massive Cargo Ships while paddling through the channel that connects Hai Phong with Cat Hai and the almost-finished bridge that will connect the islands with mainland.
