Excellent hotel and ideal location. Walking distance to the beach and ideally located on ‘the Grace Bay strip’. Walking distance from other restaurants and shops. The Mkt Deli at the hotel was a great option for breakfast (and lunch if needed). The hotel is a good option price wise providing the best of both worlds. The 2 bedroom 3 full bath apartment suite was fantastic. Giving you the option of cooking a meal as a preference with the full kitchen option.

We stayed here for a week in December, in ocean view studio #334. The view was pretty and the staff were friendly everywhere we went (front desk, restaurant, cleaning crew, etc). Sherman was especially great and showed us to our room at check-in. It was never too crowded to find an umbrella with lounge chairs on the beautiful white sand beach, and the clear turquoise ocean was amazing. A beautiful boitique hotel! Good was amazing. Service impeccable. They are brand new, having just opened march 1 so everything is pristine. They are a ahoet elf from the beach.
We spend 5 nights at the Parrot Cay by Como as a couple, and enjoyed very much the attention to detail, food and friendliness of the staff.
Our room ( 603) was very old, the mattresses and furniture, as well, as the bathroom are in urgent need of replacement, never mind the AC which was loud, so loud that even the handyman could not fix it. We did expected at a price like this that this would have been more updated.
The luxe towels and bedsheets did not make up a price tag like this....
I liked the hotel , the staff & location . The only con is that they don’t have microwaves in the room so you have to go to the front office to hear your food up but the office is not open 24 hours. They close at 10pm sharp so if your hungry after that theirs no way to heat your food up .
This is the perfect resort for the people looking to be off the main path but still have a great experience. The swimming pool was unbelievable. The private beach and pier were very relaxing. It was nice not having to share the areas with a lot of other people. The restaurant was excellent. The service and food were top notch. We loved hanging out at the Cave Bar. A unique bar that overlooks the ocean.
Beautiful villa. Our butler Saman was amazing. It’s a bit away, about 10mins from the main action. We had rental cars and it was perfect. We were able to explore but also come back to our villa to enjoy the pool annd the lagoon beach. We had ages 5 to 75 annd everyone walked away with a great time. Amenities are plentiful. West Bay is a wonderful resort. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and modern. It is right on the beach with gorgeous views. The breakfast was excellent as was the food for lunch and dinner.
The only downside was they wouldn't let us use the paddle boards, kayaks or catamaran. They said it was unsafe, too much current, but others were out at other resorts and it looked perfectly safe.

Staffing was very confusing because there are two management companies that manage the place. They attempted to work with each other but it was very apparent that it was not a good situation. Was not sure who to ask for what.
We just returned from a six night visit and found the staff, meals, beach bar drinks, and hotel services to be very good in spite of the age of the facilities. Suzie and Clifford will make sure that you have a great stay. The beach is steps away from your door and a few miles long. Several walks and NO other walkers most times. Proximity to shops and restaurants is excellent. Can ride bikes to these amenities easily and safely. The sole kayak was not in great shape and no paddle board is available. In our unit the small fridge would not make ice. No ice machine is available. Luckily we took out Yeti bag so it was manageable and not overwhelming to the stay.
