The staff is amazing here and they go above and beyond. I had an incident which stepped on a rusty clothes hanger in the street on the way back to the hotel and the police contacted the staff here (Esmeralda) and they responded right away sending their RN and having their EMS take me to the local hospital(5mins away). Elegant setting specially the lobby bar with live entertainment... good selection of buffet and good tasting food,very attentive staff good location walking distance to mall... free shuttle to the mall highly recommended we enjoyed our stay and definitely will return again when visiting Philippine

Convenient location. Close to airport, shopping, dining and casino.

Nice and clean. Breakfast buffet is a little pricey but worth it for the quality and variety of dishes. Beautiful decor but I’m not a gambler so the casino is a minus for me.

Citadines had been very, very accomodating! I had a lot if problems with my flights and all but they’ve been very, very understanding. Thank you once again!

I have stayed at New World several times. I always enjoy my stay there. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The room is spacious, although it is a little old, but definitely very clean. This is one of the hotels I would definitely come back to whenever I am in Manila.

Skyport Hotel has an excellent service staff. It is near terminal 1 of NAIA...very convenient, especially when a free shuttle ride was provided for. Thank you.

I had an absolutely enjoyable stay for 5 nights during the first week of July. I arrived at the airport on an early morning flight. When I got to the hotel, tired, the front desk staff found me a room on the 24th floor so that I could leave my luggage and freshen up before going out for the day. We stayed for 12 days and it was wonderful. Brrakfast was great. Shout out Chef Freddie. He did a great job of delicious food at Citron buffet. Shout out Ri-Arr and Cristian and Diane at Citron who took good care of us every morning.also shout out to Efren who did a great job taking care of our room.I will highly recommend this place. Discovery suites was wonderful! The staff was polite, professional, and attentive. The room (premiere 2 queen suite) had a lot of space, great amenities (toaster oven, fridge, dvd player,etc) and we were a short walk to megamall. The area is a bit busy during the day, but by night it's peaceful and quiet. Would stay again!

The hotel staff was very nice, polite and accommodating. They were quick to respond to any request and happy to please. The room was comfortable and clean and the stay was relaxing. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent and very reasonably priced. I wish I could've stayed at least another week.

From arrival to departure we were treated extremely well, special thank you to Jonathan and the team in the lobby bar 'cafe macaron' for taking care of us with humor and professionalism each evening and reviving our souls :) We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Manila.
