There's a convenient store just beneath the building, gym next door, 7 eleven on the next block. Worth it and for a good price."

"The view of Manila Bay is breathtaking. I like my room and my friends who visited liked it too. It is conveniently located to all the Bars, shopping and restaurants. The building has the lap pool that I used everyday. It also has a gym. Price was attractive. The money I saved meant I had more money for entertainment. Mrs Lee was responsive to my needs."
