Excellent customer service and staff was very kind. Room was clean and bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was great too and they had a waffle maker which was unique. I had stayed in another motel near to Niagara Falls the night before and did not have a good sleep. But then came to this motel and slept like a baby. Definitely recommend this motel over others.
This B&B is comfortably located at walk distance of the main attractions of Niagara Falls. Nice and spacious rooms nicely decorated with different themes gives “charme” to the property.

This was our first time staying at a B&B and it certainly won't be our last! Heather was a fantastic hostess, she even gave us her cell number if we had any questions while we were out. When has a regular hotel done that? Breakfast was tasty and prepared fresh when we came down for it each morning. The room was comfortable and the information sheets provided were very helpful to navigate the TV. I highly recommend staying here if you want something that is within walking distance of the Falls...
We have traveled many places and this was one of the beat hotel experiences we have had. Super clean, super attentive and the breakfast to the room was amazing. Would never stay anywhere but here if we return. Five stars!!
You couldn't ask for a cleaner bed and breakfast, and we had plenty of room and a very comfortable bed. At first, I was concerned about breakfast, because they have a disclaimer that they do not serve one, but they bent over backwards to make sure we had what we needed for breakfast. I have to have protein for breakfast for health reasons, and they boiled eggs and made egg wraps to put in the refrigerator. We simply put them in the microwave that was in the common kitchen (for 2 rooms), and...

You simply plan a getaway, they handle every perfect detail. I spent the weekend in awe again and again and again. This experience far surpassed the reasonable rates and we cannot wait to go back!
Walking distance to the falls and the tourist area. Super easy to get to from the Rainbow Bridge and parking was easy. My breakfast (omelette) was delicious, and the fresh fruit was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay again - in fact, I am looking forward to it!
