"The Hyatt. New owners of the property. It shows. Newly renovated room was flawless. Not sure if anyone stayed in it before. It was that clean. Very helpful staff from valet to lobby to elevator assistance. It’s shows proper training took place and is paying dividends. I’d stay here over all the other big hotels in Niagara Falls"

"The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. The property was well maintained for its age. The location was great. Free parking and WiFi were a big plus. However the free breakfast is not something you should book this hotel for. Absolutely no variety. They had pre made dried out English muffins with egg and sausage, breads for toasting and a few dry cereal options. No muffins, no pastries, no bagels, no pancakes or waffles and limited fruit options. I would stay again if I returned to the area but plan on breakfast elsewhere."

"Our room was pricey ($550 per night), but we wanted a beautiful view of Niagara Falls, and we got it! If you want to see the fireworks at night, this is NOT the place to stay. While our view of the Niagara Falls was beautiful, a neighboring hotel completely blocked our view of the fireworks at night."
