"Las habitaciones eran pequeñas, pero cómodas. Lo malo era el ruido en exceso de las noches, la música está hasta muy tarde y los huéspedes no pueden dormir bien. La comida del restaurante los precios son accesibles, más sin embargo no nos gusto. La comida no tenía casi sabor. La piscina es muy agradable es lo único que nos gustó mucho. El desayuno es pobre, no hay revoltillo. Solamente tienen café, chocolate, cornflakes, manzana 1 por persona. Adicional, pan club y pan del regular, jamón y queso, y avena. No te llenas, pero tienes cerca Yauco plaza que pudimos salir a comer. El servicio de comida al cuarto viene desde el motel de al lado, no directamente desde el hotel. Si tienes problemas con las rodillas, u eres inválido la propiedad no es apta para ti, ya que tiene muchísimas escaleras y cuestas. El hotel queda encima de la montaña. El parking es horrible, si llegas muy en la noche no hay parking para los huéspedes porque las personas van a visitar o beber allí en la noche. El domingos ya a las 9am había alguien cantando, ni se pudo descansar correctamente. La cama es incómoda. Solo lo hago a modo de los que si les gusta leer las reseñas para saber con que se van a encontrar, no volveríamos."

"I stayed at this hotel for a week, and it did not live up to expectations—especially for the high nightly rate. It’s marketed as a hotel and convention center, but the reality feels closer to a rundown motel in serious need of renovation. The property is outdated and poorly maintained. My in-room phone didn’t work the entire stay, forcing me to go to the front desk for any request. That’s not just inconvenient—it’s a safety concern in case of emergencies. Cleanliness and management were also lacking. The entrance often had groups of locals lingering, and parking was difficult in the evenings because many spaces were taken by non-guests. Security presence felt minimal. I rarely saw staff making rounds, and there were no visible hallway cameras—only in the lobby. The online photos are misleading, showing only the front lobby, which is the only well-kept area. The rest of the hotel tells a very different story, with even basic amenities like ice machines not working. During multiple stays, including my most recent March 2026, the room conditions were unacceptable. There were broken dressers, damaged bathroom tiles, ceiling stains from leaks, and worn furniture. When I reported it, the manager laughed and said not to worry because I wouldn’t be charged, admitting many rooms have similar damage. For the price, you expect clean, functional, and welcoming accommodations. This property falls far below that standard."

"This hotel is well located in La Parguera, right next to the plaza with dining and boat trips. There was parking next to the hotel. The room is basic but clean. There is a pleasant garden and pool overlooking the bay. We wish there would have been An ice machine and small refrigerator"
