"Great value, room was quite spacious and decently appointed. Housekeeping was excellent. Location is fairly close to everything you might need in Kitchener, but it's entrance and exit can be a challenge to access at busy times of day. The breakfast was adequate, better than a typical continental breakfast, but the coffee was not good (putting it nicely) and the hot food (eggs and a meat) was mediocre at best."

"Clean room and bathroom . The bed was incredible to sleep in and the pillows made you feel like sleeping on a cloud . Even though this Inn is located next to the highway, you don’t hear anything ! Highly recommend for a stay in Hamilton "

"Great location for a concert at the TD Coliseum! Very clean rooms, restaurant and bar was great and all staff we encountered were very nice. "

"So maintenance on the property could be done better. Sliding closet doors weren’t working properly and was easier to leave open than to try and close. The bathroom door opening and closing was designed wrong so that you had to step between the toilet and tub to open and close the door while in there. No place to put anything in the bathroom while showering, just a bad design. The staff are very good to talk to and help however they can. There was one very weird man staying there at the time we were there that was being creepy around adults and kids, when notified the staff did call the police to come talk with him. I’m not sure what happened but we didn’t have anymore contact with him. Nice buffet in the morning and always coffee in the lobby. "

"I’ve stayed here a few times before. Always the same. Friendly staff, clean hotel, comfortable rooms with nice sized TV. Underground parking in an area where parking is sometimes difficult to find."

"I really like this hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable abd sound proof. The linens are nice and a full kitchen away from the beds. Tons of storage and closet space even in the basic room. Lighting could be better as a tiny complaint. One improvement is allowing trays for the breakfast up to the rooms. Breakfast ends early nice to get it and bring to sleeping family. Staff was really nice!! Every one professional and friendly. Got food delivered to room no problem. Good wifi abd easy access to highway. Cheap drinks at happy hour and they let you bring your own snacks. "

"Great place. Spacious rooms, lovely clean gym, good breakfast. My only issue was the pool: water is quite chilly, and the shower did not work at all (how are you supposed to take shower before entering the pool if the shower is not operational?)"
