Forget the 'Montenegrin Miami' label – the real Budva reveals itself between ancient stone walls and modern beach clubs. The 2,500-year-old Old Town invites exploration through narrow passages where medieval churches stand in silent dignity. Mogren Beach offers golden sands perfect for morning swims before the crowds arrive. After dark, the Budva Riviera transforms as nightlife spills from seaside bars onto moonlit beaches. Hotel Majestic
"Excellent location close to the Old Town. Relatively quiet, away from the beach restaurant row further up the bay. Sea View room was very good ( although better described as Tree View since they obscure most of the view). Breakfast was decent, Hemingway’s bar was goods for food and cocktails"

Iberostar Waves Slavija
"We were travelling with family and were upgraded to a Junior Suite - very much appreciated. Everything was wonderful, the staff friendly and the property very well maintained. The only slight problem we encountered was with the rooftop restaurant which seemed to be understaffed and overwhelmed by a party of 6 and items on the menu were unavailable. Possibly better for drinks. That being said the room service menu was fine and arrived quickly. Would definitely stay there again"
Hotel Imperial Conference & Spa
"Great small hotel with a lot of amenities. Take advantage of the beach club with free beach beds, free parking, great buffet breakfest, excellent on-site restraunt for lunch or dinner, rooftop with indoor pool, spa including sauna and turkish hamam, and the on-site masseuse who was excellent. All staff are superb and help you with a smile."
Hotel Pima Budva
"The hotel was fine overall, but nothing particularly memorable. The location is a little farther from Old Town than I would have preferred—about a 10–12 minute walk. Breakfast was fairly basic and nothing special. The biggest downside for me was that staff frequently smoked near the entrance, which caused the lobby and entrance area to smell strongly of cigarettes. Overall, it was an okay stay and did the job, but I probably wouldn’t choose it again given the other options in the area."
