I loved my stay at this brand new hotel! The staff were all super kind and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and everything else. The view from the balcony was amazing and the room was up to high standards. There's also a very nice pool area. My favorite part was the breakfast made by the owners mom! It was very delicious and there was a great selection of different meats, cheeses, and fruits. The hotel is in walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the beach. Overall, I would...

Nice place and a great location

From the minute we arrived we were taken care of in the fullest sense of the word. The staff at Infinity helped us with all of our requests and inquiries during the entirety of our stay, everything from arranging dinner reservations to car rides and even suggesting sights/restaurants. One day we expressed interest in going to Jaz beach and everything was arranged for us - a personal driver took us there and back and when at the beach we were completely taken care of. I can say with 100% honesty...

This has to be the best place to stay in the entire city. Everything was so clean and the decor was beautiful. The free breakfast featured an omelet bar and a buffet! To top it off, the staff was friendly and helpful. If I visit Budva again, this will be the hotel I’m staying at.

A lovely, new hotel with large, beautifully decorated rooms. Front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. Top floor pool and restaurant are nice. The hotel is on a busy street, so sitting on the balcony was not suitable, but with the doors closed, there is no noise.

My friend and I had an incredible stay at Hotel Puma in Budva. Truly an amazing, above-and-beyond experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was welcoming, the hotel itself was comfortable and clean, and what stood out the most was the outstanding service. All of the staff were kind and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to Ogi and Petar, who went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine...

My girlfriend was crazy about how great the bathroom was. Very good lighting for makeup or something. She was happy, so I was too. Can’t beat the location. Off peak season parking was easy in a lot 10 meters away, but I could imagine in July the adjacent public lot fills up fast.

Except the fact that the hotel is situated right by a very busy road which made it quite noisy, everything else was top notch. Particularly I liked the resraurant!

Location was great! Clean apartment and really friendly people.

Wonderful and well located hotel. Their staff were really nice and helpful and really conformable rooms

The local was great and the room was very neat :) The staff was all incredible helpful, thank you Jake to all your help - i will for sure come again and stay longer !

Very clean and beautiful hotel! staff is super friendly and helpful, breakfast is wonderful, and it is in a great location

no one at check in on arrival

The quality of Merit truly stood out. The room was simply amazing; it was one of the suite rooms and everything from the materials, decoration, comfort, size, and the sea view was excellent. It was undoubtedly one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. The hotel’s location is, without question, perfect. The breakfast menu was very classy and delicious. For anyone visiting Budva with a reasonable budget, this hotel should definitely be the choice. My only negative comment would be about the...

Location was perfect, staff was very helpful! We did have our AC leaking all night but weren’t willing to pack up and move just for one night. Would like if the pool was open longer hours. Parking was a pain but convenient location after figuring it out. The view really makes this place spectacular.

The Viola Hotel was well designed and spotless. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was especially well done. The hotel is up above Budva and not in the town center, which was fine for just one night

I am an Expedia VIP world traveler and have stayed at hundreds of 5 star hotels. This hotel definitely surpassed my expectations. It is definitely a full 5 star hotel with 7 star service. Upon arrival we were treated like royalty. The concierge and the butler service is next level like nothing I have ever experienced before. Your room is always kept made up and upon your return there is always a surprise being an exotic fruit plate, local sweets or snacks is waiting for you on your table in your...
