"A beautiful hotel in an exceptional location, perfect for exploring the city. We did experience a misunderstanding with our room upon arrival and were initially given the wrong room. However, the issue was fixed and we were moved to the correct room on our second night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the attentive and courteous staff."

"The location inside the castle walls is very cool, excellent restaurants on the door step, clean and fresh rooms with lots of toiletries. Breakfast was included which could have a bit more variety, that part was ok, the rest of the stay was excellent"

"The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the view from our room when we arrived but the manager (think her name was Tatyana) went out of her way to sort this out for us. The rooms were spotless - the towels were changed 2 or 3 times a day! The beach is a great addition to the amenities and the view there is spectacular. I would also like to give a special mention to the lovely staff who work on the reception desk. They were all lovely and, like the manager, really went out of their way to make sure you had a great stay. They were all really smiley and patient, even when the front desk was busy"
