< The apartment itself was amazing. Clean, spacious, the beds comfortable, water hot, aircon cold…but.. massive BUT.. it was directly above the most popular pub in old town. Thumping, I mean proper thumping music pounding through the floor, drunk people on the street yelling talking. The music got louder as it got later. By 11:30, I was registering over 70db in the front bedroom and 60db in the side bedroom, with the doors closed and the aircon blasting (for white noise) It shuts off bang on 1am, but unless you’re a night owl, do yourself a favour and just don’t do it.

Great location with paid public parking a short walk away. Unit was very comfortable and very clean. But, beware the wine bar right across from the apartments. The first night (Wednesday) the music was loud enough I think all of Kotor could hear and ended at midnight. Thankfully, the second night the volume was much lower and ended at 10pm. We were in apartments 1 and 4 which did not face the wine bar so that helped a bit. Also, the washer is not in the apartment but shared and on the second floor.

We never actually met our host Drazen in person, but nonetheless he was friendly, very helpful and gave clear instructions and advice. The apartment itself is lovely, was very clean and had everything we needed. It was inexpensive and spacious, with a very central location that made it easy to explore Kotor on foot. The only issue would be that it's not the easiest to find, and as it's in the old town there are quite a few stairs and no lift. It can sometimes be noisy in the evenings.

Loved it! Perfect location inside old town walls (close to the North gate). Very nice and responsive host. Modern, comfortable and clean apartment. We got apartment number 2 (2 bedrooms). It's a really nice apartment with spacious bedrooms and rhe place was clean. The host was friendly and helpful too. Loved having some wine in the balcony and enjoying the music from all the bars! Ir does go dead quiet at 1.00am so sleep was good too

The host, I forgot the gentlemans name, was polite and welcoming. Apologetic as many people came at once but thats understanding, he cant control that. Showed the suite which was clean. Right in Old Town Kotor, within the walls. Access and access controls were great. Sound insulation was great. Excellent amenities and to stay right in the town was wonderful. The only downside which is not a reflection of the owner was parking. I came at the tail end of tourist season and they (the whole country) jack up all costs 300% or more, shame on them, so public parking which is usually €0.80/hr becomes €3.20/hr. Find free parking if you can (come before 8 am or after 8 pm). Would stay here again!

Amazing Place

Amazing apartment inside the walls of Old Kotor. Very luxurious amenities great for couples and families. The pictures online look great but you have to see it in person. If we make it back to Kotor we will definitely be staying here again Our host was awesome and very helpful with locating stuff
