"We should have taken the 15+ minute wait at the front desk—with no one available to check us in—as our first sign to leave. Unfortunately, since we had already paid, we stayed. Once we entered the so-called “suite,” it was immediately clear we had been misled. The room was dirty—hair in the bathtub, hair in the bed, and sticky residue on the floors. To make matters worse, the air conditioning didn’t work. After returning from our event around 10pm, it was obvious this was not a place we could comfortably stay, so we chose to leave rather than spend the night in those conditions. A refund would be appropriate considering the room was unusable. 0/10—would not recommend. Calling these rooms “suites” is laughable at best."

"Hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. Air conditioning worked well and shower had grrat pressure. Bed was comfortable. Only complaint is there was a gap in the door which made the highway seem much louder. I would recommend."
