"Mini fridge was leaking on the floor. Housekeeping was not daily. Server at the restaurant was awful, forgot some items in our order, did not refill the drinks. Front desk staff not that helpful at night. Walls were very thin so it was hard to sleep. "

"The room was extremely clean but very humid and almost made everything damp. The breakfast was okay, but they did not have milk the one morning because 'the truck never delivered'. I feel like a run to buy some for the morning would have been an easy fix. Also, maybe don't put the cereal out if there was no milk for it. Getting in and out of the hotel was terrible given the current construction. The pool area needs a lot of TLC. We attempted to print something while there and when we asking for paper for the printer the staff wouldn't give it to us and instead attempted to print it for us, but didn't know what they were doing. "
