"Breakfast menu was just ok and the overall condition of the hotel was outdated. The beds were terrible"

"Upon checking in, the room key didn't work. Engineering had to check that the combination of room keys and a special key was able to get me into my room. It was a room with a connecting door - and I heard the couple in the next room fight all night. In the morning, a mouse shot from under the window behind the couch. Needless to say, i was ready to leave."

"For the most part it was a pleasant stay. The pool was clean that I was very happy about. Valet parking perfect staff was great. I didn't care for the breakfast."

"Noisy location, not peaceful at all. There’s an extremely high amount of traffic around the hotel all night. Couldn’t tell the airport was close by because all the noise from the cars and trucks drowned out the airplane noise. Hotel is getting dated and needs a refresh. Pealing wallpaper and light switches that don’t work the main lighting are two examples. The mattress was uncomfortable, felt like one from a discount clearance store. I’ll never stay here again. I’m n a positive note, the staff was great in all areas. "

"The check in process was okay at first. Representative at the desk was friendly and nice but they gave us a room that was not cleaned or serviced. They were able to clear up the mistake fast but it put a bad taste in our mouth. The hotel still has carpet so the hallways smell like mildew. Room was okay but the shower does need to be updated. The convenience of this place to venue was the major plus. "

"My room had a bug a stink bug and the heat did not work properly. The room was dusty and small not the cleanest. They make you pay a $100 security deposit which none of the guest seem aware of. I paid $44 for breakfast and it was not breakfast at all a coffee cake , tea, coffee, or juice. My daughter wanted breakfast made and was going to pay. My daughter is 13 the lady ignored her the whole time and made an entire family breakfast. Not the best experience in a hotel it was convent because it’s across the street from Wegmans. "

"Elevator call buttons did not work whole time we were there. We had to ask an employee to send us up, no problem going down, but needed assistance going up every time. Very nice staff, available at desk 24/7. "

"My stay at this hotel was great, the staff were attentive, respectful and friendly. The room itself was clean and the housekeeping was attentive and professional. I especially loved the gym, nice size with everything you need for a good workout. Te only complaint I have was my water was sometimes lukewarm- I don’t know if it was because of the high occupant but other than that no complaint. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for solo travelers."
