"El domingo 12 de abril fue mi cumpleaños,entonces llegamos el viernes a la noche después del trabajo para quedarnos hasta el lunes a la mañana y poder disfrutar de la piscina y Jacuzzi,pero la misma noche del viernes tanto la piscina como el jacuzzi estaban abarrotados de gente y cerraban a las 10pm entonces lo dejamos para el sábado y lo mismo,imposible estar allí.Bueno lo haremos el domingo que no habrá tanta gente,pero nos encontramos con la sorpresa que la cerraron por reformas y a mí no me notificaron! Una verdadera pesadilla este hotel! El desayuno está bien pero todos los días lo mismo y se acaba el café no lo reponen…en fin nunca más este hotel y donde esté esta cadena de hoteles"

"I found this experience to be pretty disappointing. I'd lived in Scranton for a long time but had never stayed here until this visit. My wife and I booked a nice room on the top floor and I was eager to see what it was like. I found the reception to be abrupt and unpleasant right from the start. The room itself seemed fine at first. It wasn't until the next day that I found a cockroach. This is bad enough but the front desk seemed unconcerned about this, didn't apologize and only sent someone to get the thing. I'm not sure what I expected, but some level of concern seemed due. The room was comfortable, I'll say that, and the cleaning staff seemed friendly from what I could tell. The building is old and it shows. I will not be staying here again. "

"Pool side ambiance was charming and cozy. Staff was exceptionally pleasant. The rooms were very clean and modern. Return visit is a must!!!1"
