"Stayed at this Hilton for the first time after a Browns game. Check-in was very busy and took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but with that many people checking in at once, it still went smoothly. I was able to get the room I wanted — high floor with a lake view, which was great.
The front desk staff was helpful and gave good recommendations on where to eat since the hotel restaurant was extremely packed. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. Our room was clean, well-stocked, and the beds were very comfortable.
Overall, a great stay and I would definitely stay here again."
