"We had a perfect stay at this beautiful hotel. Everyone was so pleasant and friendly. The room was perfect, clean and comfy. The location and view can’t be beat. The breakfast was amazing, best complimentary breakfast we have ever experienced. We loved the heated indoor pool and hot tub. Overall great experience. We hope to be back soon!"

"The room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfy. Our stay was great but there were a couple things that we had a bit of an issue with. First off, we didn’t get any room service the whole time we were there, even with the sign on our door requesting it. We had to go to the front desk to ask for extra towels and toilet paper. When we did ask they were very helpful and friendly but it would’ve been nice to have it been taken care of without prompting. We stayed in the building that was broken off from the main cluster of rooms. The other thing that bothered us was the smell of the stairwell to get to our room. It was pretty terrible. So bad to the point that we would hold our breath so we wouldn’t have to breathe it in while going in and out. The terrible smell stayed consistent for our entire stay. The rooms smelled good and fresh, it was just the stairwell. This might not be something every person would take issue with but I have a very sensitive nose, so smell is something I can’t help but consider lol. These issues weren’t anything major and we did have a wonderful stay. With us staying in the off-season, I can see how these things may have gotten overlooked and not prioritized. Besides that, the property is very easy to get to and it’s only about a two minute walk from the shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again."

"It was a very nice place to stay for our short getaway. It was clean, we had a lovely view and the parking was convenient and close. We could hear our neighbors throughout the night, but that’s not on them. "

"The place was beautiful, the rooms are large and clean. It’s about 15 minute walk from the main street so location is good as well, not too crowded . Highly recommend . Also noticed that gift shop prices at the hotel are actually slightly lower than in town if you want to buy any last minute souvenirs."

"I think my communication issues may have been on the Expedia side of things and have little to do with the host. I had a hard time navigating to leave a message and the only messages I received were sent in February, months before my May attempts to communicate. The messages I did read from Feb were hard to access and appeared in faded gray color font with copy and paste nearly unreachable as printing was off the screen of my iPhone. Note to host would be to have an extra roll of TP and paper towel available for week long guests."

"Nice breakfast. The cookies in the evening after a long day hiking in Acadia was a welcomed treat."
