"Amazing 10 day stay at Axel Beach, as it always is. Aythomi super accommodating to us on arrival, room super clean, cleaning staff are amazing! "Staff were excellent and the food was varied and tasty (esp breakfast) - the Bar is plentiful and self serve beer, wine, soft drinks and coffee is good. Room was clean, and the cleaning teams did a good job. overall the hotel is a little tired and dated, with some peeling paint and rough around the edges. I would recommend this as a good budget holiday hotel. "

"The room was clean and really spacious. And massive bathroom and balcony. And the sea view was nice (you could actually see the dunes also). The hotel premises was really nice with different areas to spend time. The breakfast was good with lots of options. The staff was really friendly and helpful. "When I read the reviews on this hotel , I was abit worried. As I turned up , the hotel looked amazing outside with a string of Irish pubs , a supermarket and restaurants. It was a nice , easy check in with amazing staff who were wonderful. Yes you have to leave a €50 deposit but that’s understandable as working in the travel industry in the past myself, I knew what some guests would leave it like after the holiday. We paid in cash and they gave us a slip to hand back in after checkout. The...

There were a few staff that acted like they didn't want to be there, however everyone else was amazing and made up for those members of staff. I will definitely be returning here!"
