"All Staff members were fabulous. They could have not been any more helpful and accommodating to we stranded travelers during a blizzard, missed flights, and cancelled cruise. Special mention of Gabriel on the front desk. Also, the lovely cleaning lady on Floor 5, she was so sweet. The Manager was very helpful too. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be booking this Hotel when visiting St. John's again. Our thanks to all staff."

"Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and perfect welcoming temperature. The pool/slide/hot tub was very popular with the kids. Only downside was no complimentary breakfast like majority of other hotel stays- but there was an on-site Cafe and restaurant."
