My family and I were having our house fumigated and needed a pet friendly hotel near our house with WiFi (we work from home). The staff was great, the accommodations were comfortable and spacious and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for our pleasant stay
The staff were super helpful. There wasn't as much outside noise as some of the other reviews made me think there would be. Beds were comfortable, the amenities were great, and if you're taking a Carnival Cruise the hotel is across the street from Carnival's free shuttle to the port. We would definitely stay here again.
Great hotel and frankly a pleasant surprise given the general area. Clean, nicely appointed and people very friendly. They can’t do anything about the area but they have made facility very secure. Extra points for operating such a nice property despite the area! Thank you are part of the solution not the problem. Absolutely would stay again.
really love this place but one thing I believe should change when asked for towels or anything to be take in the room please knock on the door and wait for it to be open,,,housekeepers please don't just use your keys and barge into the room. this has happened twice
The room was clean and neat. Breakfast had several options but need some type of potatoes or bacon for those who don’t care for sausage. Just a suggestion. Muffins were delicious and so was the blueberry pomegranate açaí water as a juice option.
They lobby has great views and there are many seating areas to enjoy time to relax or chat. The hotel has great eating options. The room was very modern. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were very flat. Thought the breakfast was a little pricy, though. The gym was nice and large with many options for a workout. The location was key. We were sailing today on the carnival Firenze so decided to stay right next-door on the Queen Mary the night before. This ship is amazingly beautiful, such history after 90 years of service. The king size bed was very comfortable and the room spacious, considering the age of the ship and how they used to design them. The staff is very nice, friendly and welcoming. All front desk employees had great customer service, especially the pale skin employee that I forgot the name. She made me feel super nice and appreciated.

I have stayed at the Ayres Orange multiple times over the past few years and will keep coming back! First and foremost, the hotel is in a very convenient and easy-to-find location right off the freeway. It is also far enough away from Disney that the area feels less chaotic and congested, but is still just a short ride away from the parks. The hotel is great for those wanting a more relaxed, child-adjacent Disney experience.
