"Pool is kinda outdated and dirty. Our room was nice and was cleaned everyday. The staff would leave cute animal towels on the bed which we looked forward to going back to the room to see. Starbucks in the hotel was also amazing."

"Great location and great for kids. I was traveling with my 7yo daughter and this was perfect for her. Plenty of things to do on site between shops, pools, and the beach. If I were traveling alone, as an adult, I certainly would have picked a different hotel but this one is awesome for kids. My only complaints were that the pools were kind of nasty, and the hours of the pools were restrictive."

"We had a wonderful stay we extended 3 more days. The staff were very helpful coming back to clean our room when we forgot to take the DND sign. The utensils were not complete in the room but when we request for it. They provided. There was construction at the time that made a lot of noise but we managed. The valet needs a good system that will flow nicely. I know the staff there did their best but maybe offering self parking will eliminate the crowd of cars. Overall, we will stay there again"
