Our room was clean, the shower was hot, the breakfast that was included was good (scrambled eggs, warm bun with cheese, fresh juice and instant coffee), the views while eating breakfast on the room top patio were amazing and it was less than 15 minute walk to the Old Town. "The hospitality was great even though the abuela that owns the place is only Spanish speaking. She prepared a good breakfast daily. The room was spacious. The location of the hotel is near the park with a metro station within it and there are 2 grocery stores across the park. "

"Credit card machine not working had to pay extra already for early check in which was more expensive than a day charge on top of that they did have any change so I had to loose more money. If the hotels are especially there for tourists then all the commodities should be working. Last day on the check out the lift was also not working so had drag all my luggage down the floor. No air ventilation absolutely in the room except for one small window which I didn’t want to open as spiders crawling...

"The hotel is very centrally located. It is in area that has a lot of nightlife such as dancing clubs. There are many restaurants very close to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Beautful secure quiet hotel three blocks from Fochs Square. I had room 4 which is just off breakfast area and had garden view. Wifi worked well. Bathroom is a little small which is comon in Ecuador. No tv or phone which I consider a plus. Could use a table and chair but other than that a good place to stay. "

"Very bad. bathroom leaks. Bad smell. There is no elevator. When I checked in, the manager told me that I have to pay all the taxes. I told her that everything has been paid. She told me, she will get back with a resolution. The room didn't have a phone. The noise coming from the bars and clubs is terrible."
