The water world is a real treat for kids. The rooms come with all amenities and are quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is alright but nothing to write home about.The location is right on the beach.

I stayed here previously all the way back in 2008. The property has received an upgrade and is still a lovely spot. Each one of the staff was extremely kind and helpful. I also really appreciated the glass water bottles and refillable toiletries in the bathroom, which avoids the excess use of plastic.

I had an amazing stay at the Reef apart from a minor incident which the team fully took care of. My kids LOVED the stay, the pool, the food, the activities and the access to the beach. It was a great one-week stay.

The hptel is how we expected for the price at comfortable Standards. The staff is very friendly and supportive. We felt safe and left our luggage safly at the hotel for a day in mombasa.
