"The taxi had a very difficult time finding the place. We had to beg a towel. Breakfast was at least one hour later than announced so, because we had planned an excursion based on the announced breakfast time, we had no breakfast, though we paid for bed and breakfast. The bathroom floor was wet. "

"Do NOT stay here. My taxi driver did not want to drive me to this hotel ad it is in the old part of Mombassa. I insisted. I did not realize this hotel had a 10 pm arrival deadline when i booked. I emailed the hotel and called them 4 times to let them know i would be arriving late. They never replied but did hang up the phone once when they answered without speaking with me. I was not able to access this hotel"
