Outstanding hotel, great location, spectacular views!

VERY NICE LOCATION , SEA VIEW ROOMS ARE AWESOME AND MIND BLOWING . NOTHING IN BETWEEN HOTEL AND BEACH , NICE LOCATION BREAK FAST IS GOOD, STAFFS ARE PLEASING , NICE AND WORTH FOR THE MONEY AND I PREFER TO PICK THIS HOTEL NEXT TIME AND RECOMMEND AGAIN

Lapa Palace was always THE hotel destination in Lisbon and it STILL is. With all the competition from a burgeoning boutique hotel scene and the hideous AirBnb, Lapa manages to maintain a standard of exceptional quality. Wonderful place! The ming size bed was nice and to US standards. The location is great. And most importanly the staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating!

This was easily the best hotel we have stayed at around the world for service. Everything else was top notch as well. Ricardo and Leonel helped us with dinner reservations and transportation. Their recommendations made our anniversary stay unbelievable and something we'll never forget. I truly am appreciative of their service. Wonderful accommodations as always- what you expect with Eurostar properties

In the heart of it all, yet quiet. Small but nice, clean room. Staff was very friendly. Do have to climb one floor before there is elevator access

A 6 night stay. The a/c did not work as we reported and we changed rooms. Staff very helpful. The electrical outlet by the bed was not operational. Bathroom door out of alignment and did not close. Wood floor in around toilet is stained (water marks) and not hay We expect on a $200 Euro/ night room.

Amazing service. Front desk so helpful. Room was very nice and super quiet. Excellent location. Walking distance to many sights. Breakfast was much better than i was expecting from a small hotel Great hidden gem. Highly recommend. Service some of the best I have had.

This hotel exceeded our expectations and will never stay anywhere else if returning to Lisbon. The staff were very professional, kind and helpful. Our room was on the front with a balcony overlooking the street but was never noisy. We also enjoyed the large windows letting in lots of light. The room was very large with very comfortable beds and a great bathroom. The location is perfect! The hotel actually sits on ruins, so be sure to look in the room around from the lobby where you can see...

We stayed for 2 days after our cruise. We arrive early. Front desk was welcoming and offered us an available room. We declined and said we’d wait for our reserved room on the upper floor. We toured Lisbon and returned to Lumen in the mid afternoon. Here’s when the service was exceptional. Front desk was friendly; offered us breakfast at 10 euros and a 30% restaurant discount. The place was spotless, very clean, really nice size room, air conditioning worked really well, shower had great pressure and the elevator was great.

As soon you leave the hotel everyone warn about safety, be careful and where if safer to dine, visit and walk around

I loved the unique theme and feel to this hotel. It’s a one minute walk to the metro and the famous tram line; however, the area it’s located in isn’t the safest. Every day we encountered people on drugs outside (but they were harmless in our case and we had no issues). Just some strange characters. But the hotel itself is fabulous and they offer unique extras and a copious breakfast! As a woman I would only stay in this area with a male partner and suggest coming back a little before 10pm....

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Food, staff and atmosphere were wonderful. Will definitely stay again. Easy walk to the square and to a few popular spots.

This was a last minute booking and a very pleasant surprise. Location is wonderful. Just off the beautiful Liberdade. Several patisserias nearby...safe location. Room was spacious and clean.
