This review is not politically correct: It felt like being back in the West with everything so clean, modern and air-conditioned. The only thing that reminded me I was still in Malaysia was the mold growing in grout in the shower. Closely convenient to the airport. There is a shuttle to the hotel but it runs every hour. If I had known it was going to take that long, I would have just gotten a Grab. Gym and pool areas all very nice. Gym overlooks the pool on the 3rd floor.
The Traveler’s Ark was excellent. It is above the Petaling Market in Chinatown and the n the center of everything. Great views from the roof deck. We enjoyed the lounge/ coffee bar. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They make a great latte. Lounge is filled with a range of characters— many who appear to be digital nomads. The room was simple but nice. We had a private bath and our own gecko near the coffee service :). The only little complaint is that it would be nice to have a soap...
First class accommodation at a great location in KL, close to the botanic garden, old train station, and Merdeka square. I was upgraded to a junior suite on arrival, enjoyed the spacious bathtub. Vegetarian options at the breakfast buffet are limited, but enough to satisfy (congee, roti with dal, eggs, yogurt, toast, fruit). Staff was friendly and attentive. Some noise at night from the road below and the monorails--rooms on the back might be quieter.
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It's SO worth it to sleep and shower if you have a long layover! We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room and wish we could've stayed longer to enjoy the lounge area. It is conveniently located inside the terminal and near a bunch of restaurants.
Overall, the stay was comfortable and good; location was excellent as Mid Valley Megamall was just right beside the hotel through a side entrance, meaning you don't need to brave the hot weather or sudden rainfall to get to the shopping mall.
However, what I would like to focus on is their excellent service. I wasn't feeling well and as it was too early in the morning, I wasn't sure if the shops were open for me to purchase anything to help with it. I called the housekeeping service to see if...
Suite has 2 rooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full one. Both rooms have full bathrooms. It has a living area and dining room. It also has a small kitchen with a small electric stove, microwave and a small combo washer-dryer. I am very happy with my stay here and I will definitely stay here again.
I have a good experience during my stay, the hotel itself s good as well as the staff and their services
but the location is not served by the Train or buses, the taxis not available like other areas, there is no varieties in the restaurants at that area

I was genuinely pleasantly surprised by MOV Hotel Bukit Bintang. For the price, the quality and overall experience were fantastic and it felt like excellent value for money.
The location is brilliant. You are right in the middle of Bukit Bintang with plenty of food, bars and shopping nearby, and I found it an easy walk across to Chinatown and other parts of central KL.

From even before check-in, our experience was wonderful. We had questions on getting from airport to hotel: they answered promptly and arranged pick-up. Room was clean and well-appointed. Pool and grounds simply lovely. They offer free shuttles to nearby shopping and tourist areas and several cafes inside to dine at.
What a great hotel in the middle of downtown KL! Our room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, very nice pillows, clean bathroom, free filtered water, and a very helpful staff. It is also steps away from a massive shopping center that has about 100 different options for food - pretty much everything you can think of. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay again soon.
