"We had a hard time getting warm water, the bathroom sinks would not drain, sofa sleeper was broken. It was a nice room but appeared that they did it has the staff to keep the room in pristine condition. Staff was less than friendly and not very helpful except for the information person. She was great! "

"Overall we always like this property. I like the easy parking and it's convenient for getting to the side of town you want without the strip traffic. For some reason our room had a weird smell this time. The beds, bath were all clean which is the important part, but the blinds and deep cleaning was lacking. We had to go through an extra desk at check in to try to send us to other activities/sales which I didn't like and never had to do before. We couldn't use our game system in the family room because there is a seal/lock so you can't take the caster so we could only use it in the restroom, we requested an extension cord but none were available. Overall for the price it's a good value."
