"Overall, hotel/resort met expectations. Only downside was the ventilation: was still able to smell cigarette/ tobacco smoke upon arrival/entry, especially in the casino area."

"We loved our stay at the Durango! The hotel itself has very clean rooms. As someone that is sensitive to chemicals, and mold the room felt very clean. They were accommodating and gave us hypo allergenic sheets. We loved the in room dining breakfast. Our favorite part was the pool area (although it was really crowded and we couldn’t find chairs on Saturday for awhile) all the lounge chairs and day beds are very comfortable and well maintained. The Cobb salad at the pool is so fresh and yummy! Another do not miss is the cookie bar at Summer House inside the hotel. It’s the best cookie I’ve ever had! Seeing a Nielsens custard inside the hotel made our fam so happy! It was a great stay! "
