Hotel is just opposite the GEM which gives you a perfect view on it from your room or the rooftop terrace. To get to the museum you cannot just cross the road in front of the hotel, you will have to walk about 400 meters or take a taxi. The staff, to begin with Kareem, is very kind and helpful. Our room was noisy because of the traffic but the view makes up for it. Value for money. I recommend this hotel. Just one thing : if they send the hotel shuttle to pick you at the airport know that the chauffeur will not have your name on a big paper but will find you in the crowd (we had a misunderstanding unfortunately) .

Airport pickup (not drop off) is complimentary; as is the daily breakfast buffet at rooftop restaurant. Staff is very friendly and hospitable, coordinating before your check in to plan your trip in Giza (thank you Kareem & Youssef). Water pressure was fantastic, hot water in the evenings. Limited channels on tv. Firm mattress. Beautiful views of the GEM from our suite, lit up at night and able to see the pyramids too.
