"Nice stay but hard beds. If you have more than one room, make sure they are on the same floor. It will make it easier since your keycard only give you elevator access to the floor where your room is. But super helpful staff!"

"Our 1st time in Bangkok and our 3 night stay here was exceptional. Great central location for what we wanted to do. All the staff were super friendly, our room was very good & JJ and his transport team looked after us with a very processional & friendly service. All in all a we had great break here in Bangkok."

"Enjoyed my stay here. Location is pretty central. Train station is literally 2 mins away. Breakfast was decent too and staff were friendly, the security guy even helped me take a picture of myself. Housekeeping did a lil decoration for my birthday which I thought was sweet as I was travelling solo. Definitely will be back. Thank you. "

"We had an amazing stay at the W Bangkok. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the location was close to a BTS which got us to the river quickly or into town, and the rooms were great. In the midst of a chaotic city, the W felt like an oasis."
