"Great location and excellent staff. The room we stayed in was huge. Very close to Banh Xeo 46A and Turtle Park if you are a foodie. Only downside was that the beds were very firm in our room."

"This is the worst experience we’ve ever had, and the first 1 star we had to give. We opened the door with another guest inside. Support agent confirmed that we could book another hotel due to safety concern, but later refused to refund us. Totally unacceptable!!"
