"Hotel opened in 2026 so the property is clean / well maintained. I would prefer a location closer to the Namba action. The breakfast was just ok. The room layout had plenty of space but not very functional. I hate to leave a lukewarm review because the staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Excellent choice if you’re visiting USJ, the Sakurajima station is right out the front door providing quick and easy access to Universal City Walk and the main gate for Universal. Staff was friendly and helpful as well as personable. Check in was a breeze with multilingual staff on hand and at the ready. I would recommend this hotel greatly. Will absolutely be back I am certain. TLDR: Stay here! Great value, Deceptively Close to the park, great rooms with park or harbor views!"

"Great stay. Had the executive level which was nice for quick snacks. Not as great as some club levels where food and drink is more plentiful but great views and good enough. Unbelievably convenient location right in Namba at the train station (above it). Crazy good. Super modern. Quiet. Mall inside too. Excellent. "

"Nice and clean hotel very centrally located near Namba. Even though Toyoko Inn doesn't have the biggest rooms it was practical in its layout. If you want to go out for drinks in Namba while you're in Osaka, this hotel is very practical as all the major attractions in Namba are nearby."

"We enjoyed the location (far enough away from the tourist-y chaos but an easy 12-15 min walk to Namba station). There are plenty of good eats within a 5-min walk radius or 10-min to Namba Parks or The City (both with plenty of food / drink options). Our stay was 5 nights."
