Regular shuttle bus makes the hotel as convenient as nearby the train station. Buffet breakfast is with great variety and plentiful. Service is good and staffs are very welcoming. Lounge with free beverage is definitely a plus. Room is clean, spotless, with amenities provided. Parking space is provided free. Coin laundry facility is available despite we did not use during our stay.
We stayed here for 3 nights to just enjoy the historic city of Kanazawa. Our room had two large, comfortable twin beds, big screen TV, great amenities for a Japanese hotel (mini-refrigerator, tea kettle, decent size bath tub), and two lounge chairs in a room and extra room to spread out a couple suitcases. There is paid parking attached to the hotel that needs reservations, staff were all friendly. A few minute walk to Kanazawa station that has access to all the buses to all the sites, some...
We loved everything about this hotel, Even the restaurant had a spectacular set menu the location cannot be beat and the staff went above and beyond to be helpful and courteous
Very convenient to the train station and bus terminal, helpful for visiting sites in the area. The room was clean and equipped with every gadget. Swirly black and silver wallpaper on one wall, fortunately behind the bed and not visible when trying to sleep. Breakfast had a great choice of Japanese and western foods, though the fried eggs were tepid. The internet worked fine. The bed was comfortable, but for me the pillow was too hard, not resilient. Plenty of hot water and a good but smaller...
Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms. while a little small, were clean and comfortable. The in-room washer/dryer combo was a great convenience. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kanazawa.
Great location. Loved the access to the transportation.
There was only 1 microwave and laundry was on the 1 st floor. Suggest to add move microwave in other floors.
