Close to metro station to travel in to the centre. Spa facilities were excellent and offers great sport massage. Would stay here again"

"After spending one night at a "horror hotel" upon arrival, we were able to book our group into the Best Western Plus Olives City Hotel. This was the right move - we were three adults and two kids, and the "two-room apartment" they had on the 7th floor was perfect, and an added bonus of a hotel parking and an indoor pool made our lives easier for the duration of the stay. Breakfast was good too! Recommend!"
"Clean and nice, though lights are very dimmed and it was hard to find electricity outlets, the blinds are old and retains one position. No breakfast but every thing i needed was there , and it was easy to find from the airport.

Good location. Walking distance to Metro which can get you in to city center for 1.6 leva. Room had nice bathroom with complete shower stall. Front desk efficient. Room surfaces clean. Great hotel by Eastern Europe standards.
My trip was amazing! Everything the hotel offers: perfect location, very clean, new interior and facilities, outstanding service in all details, very friendly staff, luxury car transportation from/to the airport, a fitness facility, underground garage, bunch of excellent bars and restaurants around 3 to 8 minutes away (I would mention Grozd, Shtastlivetza, Chef's Live, Arbat). It is located in 5 - 10 minutes walk from the main touristic, historic, architectural and administrative focal points...
Excellent hotel! Very practical with good breakfast, clean rooms and spacious bathroom. Shops nearby. Close to city center. 30 minutes walk to Vitosha Street where there are restaurants, shops etc
Was charged 40 Euros for parking eventhough reservation stated Free Parking.

The hotel is easily accessible from the main Vitosha Blvd - it's just a 2 min walk. With had issues with our airlines: our luggage was missing so we couldn't charge the cellphone as the charger was in the bag. When we came to our room on the third floor, we had a little surprise - Niky hotel has the iPhone and android phone charger in their rooms. The manager also handled the luggage delivery from the airport on our behalf, so we did not need to deal with it. Employees are smiling, they speak...
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful doorman and thus, our delightful experience had begun. There was a quaint wine reception in the lobby with local favorite snacks, delightful wines, and exquisite baked goods. The breakfast was scrumptious! Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Honestly, I have stayed at many hotels throughout the world and The Thracia Hotel is definitely among the top places I've ever visited.
