Rosslyn Thracia Hotel
8/10 Good
"The hotel had a good location, breakfast was good.
On our last night we were woken at around 11pm by someone trying to get into our room. He was drunk, we managed to get him into the lift and to reception who fined his group. I have written to the hotel manager who promised to deal with it, look into compensation and come back to me, but after 2 weeks I have heard nothing.
This was a very frightening experience and if it was a lone person, very frightening.
I would expect a hotel to look after it's guests, but obviously not this leaves a lot to be desired."
"Hotel is OK, clean and breakfast is good. I parked my car in front of the hotel following the directions of the receptionist and next day I got a ticket for parking. She should had done a better job."
"Well presented quality room, would cost several times the price in the UK, quiet, good internet, small selection of tea and coffee in the room. Downside is the bathroom which although well upholstered didn't divide the shower from the rest so the whole floor got wet. Aircon effective but blows at the bed.
Less than a 5 minute walk to / from the subway. 5 mins walk to the nearest cathedral, multiple additional sites within 15 minutes."
"There is a good opportunity to install a ramp for inclusion at the entrance to the hotel. For some reason, this option has not yet been properly implemented."
