"As much as that hotel is fantastic ,the wokers are the best ,the environment is super clean , It is good for the online agent to check with them before collecting money as that is the big problem i have so who ever want the hotel should check with the hotel b4 book."

"Overall bad experience, when we checked in the toilet was flooded and after I reported it nothing was done by the staff. We also checked in with no running water or electricity, and when it rained the whole room was leaking, water on the bed from the roof and all over the window seals. Booking came with breakfast but for a 3 day stay, they only offered it for 1 day. The hotel is also undermaintained and overall a sad place to be. Terrible place, stay away."
