"Excellent staff! All the staff that we interacted with were very courteous, responsive and very helpful. The room was clean and tidy - ditto for the common areas. We also enjoyed the variety of food available for the breakfast. The WiFi however needs improvement - we were unable to connect some devices, but instead got the error that simultaneous number of device connections has been reached. Disabling other devices did not fix the issue. Altogether, a very positive experience and we will love to stay again here. Great and very helpful staff!"

"Amazing place, just that the outside doesn't match the inside's look, the hotel staff just need to learn how to allow customers to order without them standing over them for payment, apar from that the room was amazingly cleaner than most 5-star hotels I have been to so far. Hoping to lodge there again soon"

"I enjoyed my stay my very first time at the saffron hotel in Ikeja Lagos. I was pleasantly surprised, by how it compared with hotels abroad. I was also impressed by the courteousness of the staff. The breakfast was excellent and had a combination of local food cuisine and continental cuisine my favorite! What got my heart warm was the availability of warm milk/creamer to put in the coffee because who wants cold coffee?! The little things excite me! I also had good service by the front desk staff as well as a gentleman named Obiora who was quite helpful. As a frequent traveler, in the future, I will definitely stay in this hotel and recommend it to others."
