Great location if you want to be closer to the historic sites like the Great Wall. The hotel is part of a complex of outlet stores, an amusement park and a hot spring. The service was fantastic. The restairants were excellent and the concierge and Lobby Bar staff were particularly attentive.
All the staff we interacted with were extremely helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent. There is a nice mall (Wang Jing Walk) with restaurants just around the corner. Starbucks is downstairs and Pete’s is in the mall.
Location is a little out of town and not near to any shopping or restaurants, but easy to locate. The hotel is a resort type of facility and is beautifully maintained. The bed is soft and the service through out the hotel is excellent. The fitness center offers traditional Chinese massage and if you want more of a spa atmosphere you can go to the Ramada next door. This owner and manager are the nicest and most friendly people you will ever meet. My wife Zoriana was all alone in this big city and thank god I booked this hotel. She even drove my wife around and showed her the sights and fed my wife with her own family. You meet people like this once in a life time. Property is very clean and quiet and easy to get around. Five stars I’ll give this place and that’s a first for me.

I stayed one evening between an international and domestic flight. The health club was staffed, clean and equipment was modern and in good condition. Breakfast buffet was also good and the staff was very attentive.
Best of all, the Head Concierge, Michael, spent an hour on the phone with my domestic airline making certain that My ticket was changed to a later flight. Very professional and helpful staff. All that you need and a convenient location.
The room was very nice and clean and property was amazing. So many beautiful animals to see and lovely to take a leisurely stroll. The staff was very friendly and there was a variety of delicious food for breakfast.
i booked this place for 2 reasons: the great reviews and the proximity to the great wall - We were very pleased. Run by a family, the owners’ son picked us up and drove us back to the airport. Not only did he drive us back to the airport but he actually escorted us to the check in counter and helped us carry our bags etc. He also helped us in purchasing the tickets to the great wall.
